Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the website available at slotsperadise.com in connection with the project known as "Slots Paradise" (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 and continue to apply throughout 2025 and 2026 until replaced or amended.

Slots Paradise is offered to players in the United Kingdom by an operator that is not licensed by the United Kingdom Gambling Commission ("UKGC"). User Obligations and Account Security

  • Password security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your Account or password with any third party or allow anyone else to gamble on your behalf. Any activity conducted under your login details will be treated as your own.

Self-Exclusion and GamStop

Placing Bets

  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered placed and accepted when it appears in your game history as "confirmed" or "in play" and the corresponding amount is deducted from your balance. If a technical error prevents such confirmation, the Operator may treat the Bet as not accepted.
  • Currency and rounding: Bets, winnings and balances are displayed in the currency supported by the Service. Rounding rules may apply at game or payment processor level, which can cause minor discrepancies between calculated and displayed amounts.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • No unilateral cancellation by Player: Once submitted and accepted, a Bet generally cannot be cancelled or modified by you. You should carefully review all details before confirming a Bet.
  • Operator corrections: If a Bet is accepted at incorrect odds, limits or due to an obvious technical or human error (for example, a manifestly incorrect game parameter), the Operator may correct the error, void the Bet, or settle it at the correct parameters.   • Technical failures: If a game round is interrupted due to disconnection or system failure, the result as recorded on the Operator's or the game provider's systems will prevail. The Operator may void affected Bets or restore the game state where technically feasible.

  • Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully towards dealers, customer support staff, and other players. Abusive, threatening, defamatory, racist, sexist or otherwise offensive language or behaviour is strictly prohibited.
  • Prohibition of fraud and collusion: Any attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, use automated tools (bots), collude with other players, or engage in any form of advantage play that violates game rules or these Terms is prohibited and may result in suspension, closure of your Account, and confiscation of funds.

Bonus Terms

Bonus Activation

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Payment methods: The Service may support various Payment Methods, such as bank cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and cryptocurrencies, subject to availability and legal restrictions. The specific options available to you may depend on your country and chosen currency.
  • Ownership of payment instruments: You may only use Payment Methods that are registered in your own name. Using third-party payment instruments without authorization is prohibited and may be treated as fraud.

Balance Management and Refunds

  • Priority of funds: Unless otherwise specified, wagers may be placed using Real Money Balance first and Bonus Balance second, or as indicated by the game or promotion. The Operator's system records are decisive in allocating bets between real and bonus funds.
  • Refunds: As a general principle, deposits are not refundable once used for gambling. In the event of genuine technical errors leading to duplicated or unintended transactions, the Operator may, at its discretion and where permitted by payment providers, reverse or adjust such transactions.
  • Insolvency and segregation of funds: The Operator does not provide UK-style segregation or protection of customer funds. In the event of insolvency or business failure, your funds may be at risk and may not be recoverable.

Chargebacks and Unauthorised Payments

  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, the Operator may suspend your Account and any winnings pending investigation. It may also seek to recover any funds withdrawn from your Account that relate to the disputed transaction.

Limitation of Liability

Operator Obligations

  • Accuracy of results: The Operator's and/or the game providers' systems records are deemed conclusive as to the outcome of any Bet, the amounts won or lost, and the state of your Account, unless you can demonstrate a clear and material error.
  • No UK regulatory protections: Because the Operator is not UKGC-licensed, you do not benefit from UK regulatory safeguards, financial protection arrangements, GamStop integration, or the right to escalate disputes to IBAS or other UK-approved bodies.

Exclusions of Liability

  • Cap on liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with the Service and these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount of the Bet or Wager in dispute; or (b) the net amount of Real Money Balance deposited by you into your Account in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Exclusion of indirect losses: The Operator will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Applicable Law, such as liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

  • Service content: All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio/visual material, software, code, and game designs, is owned by the Operator or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
  • Branding: The "Slots Paradise" brand, any associated logos, and the project name "Slots Paradise" as used in connection with slotsperadise.com are proprietary marks of the Operator or its licensors.

Permitted Use

  • Limited licence: Subject to these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Termination & Suspension

Termination by the Player

  • Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time via the options provided on the Service (where available) or by contacting the Operator through any published contact method.
  • Withdrawal of funds: Upon closure, you may request withdrawal of any remaining Real Money Balance, subject to KYC verification, compliance checks, and the withdrawal rules set out in these Terms. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements may be forfeited.

Suspension or Termination by the Operator

  • Grounds: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, block access to the Service, and/or withhold funds where it reasonably suspects or detects: breach of these Terms; underage gambling; fraud; money laundering; Bonus abuse; multiple accounts; chargebacks; abusive behaviour; or any other conduct that is illegal or harmful to the Service or other users.

If no breach is established, the Operator will lift the suspension and, where appropriate, process any outstanding withdrawals.

Effect of Termination

  • Continuing obligations: Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued, including any outstanding debts owed to the Operator or any clauses in these Terms that are intended to survive termination.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Governing law: Subject to any mandatory legal protections that cannot be waived, these Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is established and from which it claims to operate the Service, which is indicated on the website from time to time (currently stated as Curaçao, but without a verified licence number).
  • Jurisdiction: You agree that, except where prohibited by mandatory law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be submitted to the courts of the jurisdiction identified above. The Operator may also choose to bring proceedings in your country of residence where permitted by law.
  • UK players: If you are resident in the United Kingdom, you acknowledge that you do not have access to UKGC-sanctioned dispute resolution mechanisms (such as IBAS) and that enforcement of any court judgment against the Operator may be difficult due to the lack of a clearly identified and verified UK or EU legal entity.
